Founding Growth Marketing Lead

Go-to-market

SF Bay Area preferred USIndiaRemote

We are looking for a hands-on marketer to build Unizo's go-to-market engine. We sell to enterprise security teams through a high-consideration, relationship-driven motion, and founder-led sales stays central. Your job is to create the awareness, credibility, and qualified demand that make those conversations possible, and to build a repeatable system around them.

This is not a role managing agencies or optimising paid dashboards. You should be as comfortable shaping strategy as producing the content, running the event, improving the website, and reading the pipeline data yourself.

What you will do

  • Own demand generation strategy for enterprise security buyers, from positioning through campaigns to measurement.
  • Turn Unizo's point of view into content that earns the attention of CISOs, vulnerability management leaders, and security engineers.
  • Run the editorial engine across founder content, field notes, technical articles, and newsletters, without making every deliverable depend on a founder.
  • Plan and execute industry events, executive dinners, webinars, and targeted account programs.
  • Partner with the founders on target accounts, outreach, meeting preparation, and pipeline progression.
  • Improve the website, landing pages, and conversion paths as the product matures.
  • Establish marketing operations: attribution, funnel definitions, campaign measurement, and reporting that distinguishes qualified engagement from vanity metrics.

What we are looking for

  • Experience marketing a technical enterprise product, ideally in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, or data platforms.
  • Real understanding of long, multi-stakeholder enterprise buying journeys, and of creating demand within a focused set of accounts rather than chasing lead volume.
  • Strong writing and editorial judgment: the ability to make complex technical ideas clear without making them shallow.
  • Hands-on range across demand generation, account-based marketing, events, website conversion, and marketing operations.
  • Comfort working closely with founders and turning half-formed ideas into finished execution.
  • The judgment to tell qualified market engagement from vanity metrics, and a high bar for messaging and craft.

Useful but not required: cybersecurity buyers, communities, events, and analyst ecosystems; exposure management, vulnerability management, cloud or application security; founder-led content and executive thought leadership; account-based marketing; marketing automation, CRM, and attribution; managing contractors and creative partners.

You do not need to come from a large cybersecurity vendor. We care whether you can earn credibility with technical enterprise audiences and build a disciplined engine without waiting for a big team or budget.

About Unizo

Security teams have no shortage of findings. The harder problem is knowing which exposures matter in their environment, what to fix first, and whether remediation actually reduced risk.

Unizo is AI-native exposure management. We connect fragmented security signals into Live Security Context, a continuously updated model of assets, vulnerabilities, identities, access, cloud infrastructure, code, ownership, and controls. The Exposure Analyst reasons over that context to investigate exposures, explain why they matter, recommend evidence-backed actions, and verify outcomes, inside the controls and approval gates each customer sets.
