Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Users must agree to these terms by creating an account or using the service. The agreement binds individuals and authorized entity representatives. Unizo reserves rights to update terms without prior notice.

2. Primary Purpose of Unizo Use

Unizo provides integration infrastructure — unified APIs, webhook exchanges, and agent execution layers — that connects security, DevOps, IT, and AI systems. Permitted uses include building, operating, and managing integrations for purposes such as:

  • Connecting security and IT tools through unified APIs
  • Normalizing and aggregating data across systems and vendors
  • Enabling automation, workflows, and AI agent execution through integration infrastructure
  • Supporting security operations, compliance, and posture management through integrated data
  • Powering downstream use cases including SOAR, SIEM, GRC, vulnerability management, and incident response

Users falsifying their purpose face immediate termination without refunds.

3. Service Description

Unizo provides a platform granting "a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable license to use Content solely for purposes of using the Service." Commercial use or exploitation without permission is prohibited.

4. Registration Requirements

Users must provide accurate, current information and maintain confidentiality of account credentials. Minimum age requirement is 13 years. False information enables account suspension/termination.

5. Billing & Payment Terms

  • Credit cards are primary payment method; ACH accepted for annual fees
  • Automatic billing on first business day of each period
  • Users pay applicable taxes beyond subscription fees
  • Free/Individual plans restricted to single users; Team+ plans required for organizational use

6. Termination & Suspension

Unizo may suspend/terminate immediately for violations, unusual usage spikes, security threats, export control violations, or sanctions-related activity.

7. Refund Policy

30-day refund window available for new subscribers requesting cancellation and refunds. No refunds apply when suspension occurs due to policy violations.

8. Consumer Complaints

Complaints addressed within 14 business days; additional information requests extend deadlines from supplemental submission dates.
